On October 26, Central Awami League organizing secretary and party whip Abu Saeed Al Mahmud Swapan held a separate meeting with the convenors of the Awami League organizational committee of 15 police stations of the city and 8 upazilas of the southern district at Chittagong Circuit House. In this, the conference day of Chittagong South District and Metropolitan Awami League was initially determined.
According to the decision, Chittagong South District Awami League conference will be held on December 1. After that, Chittagong Metropolitan Awami League conference will be held on December 4. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will directly attend this conference of city Awami League.
Obaidul Quader said that the 22nd National Conference of Awami League will be held on December 24. This decision was taken in today’s (October 28) meeting of the Central Executive Parliament. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will directly attend the public meeting of Awami League in Chittagong on December 4.
