Dhaka Bureau: The meeting of the National Moon Sighting Committee will be held on Monday to determine the date of the holy month of Ramadan.
This meeting will be held at 6:30 pm (after Maghrib) at the Islamic Foundation Baitul Mukarram meeting room to review the news of the sighting of the moon of the holy month of Ramadan 1445 Hijri and take a decision on it.
The meeting will be chaired by the Minister of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Faridul Haque Khan, MP. The Islamic Foundation has requested that if the moon of the holy month of Ramadan is seen anywhere in the sky of Bangladesh, it should be reported to the telephone and fax numbers or to the district commissioner or upazila executive officer of the concerned district.
