Entertainment Desk: The Czech Republic’s Kristina Piskova has won the 71st Miss World pageant. The 24-year-old won the Miss World crown at a grand ceremony in Mumbai.
He competed with contestants from 115 countries. Last year’s winner, Karolina Bielawska of Poland, crowned Krystyna as her successor.
Lebanon’s Yasmina Zeitoun became the first runner-up in the Miss World 2024 competition. This competition was the 71st year. The question-and-answer session discussed the power and influence of women around the world. Only then will the winner of this world-famous beauty pageant be chosen.
From the very beginning, there was a great frenzy about India hosting this year’s Miss World 2024 pageant. One of the reasons for this is the culture of this country and, above all, India’s successful participation in this competition.
This year’s competition had a panel of 12 judges. Among them were famous Bollywood actresses like Kriti Shannon and Pooja Hegdar. Also present were Julia Elvin Morley, CEO of Miss World Organization, Amrita Fadnavis, Sajid Nadiadwala, Harbhajan Singh, Rajan Sharma, Jamil Saeed, and Bineet Jain. Besides, there was Miss World Manushi Chillar in 2017.
Former Miss World Megan Young and Bollywood producer-director Karan Johar hosted the Miss World 2024 pageant at the Jio Convention Center in Mumbai. Artists like Shaan, Neha Kakkar, and Tony Kakkar performed at this event. A total of 120 contestants from different countries participated on this day. India is represented by Sini Sethi. After a total of 27 years, the Miss World 2024 competition on Indian soil has ended in a grand manner.
