Cox’s Bazar Correspondent: 330 members of the Myanmar Border Guard Police (BGP) who fled to Bangladesh are being sent back to their home country tomorrow, Thursday. Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) said they will be handed over to the Myanmar authorities through the Inani Navy jetty in Cox’s Bazar.
BGB Public Relations Officer Shariful Islam told the media on Wednesday that 330 members of the BGP and other forces who took refuge in this country to save their lives will be sent to their countries tomorrow. They will be handed over to the Myanmar authorities at the Navy Jetty in Cox’s Bazar, Inani, at 8 a.m., under the overall supervision of the BGB.
