The Crime Desk: Even though schools and colleges will be open for 15 days and primary schools for 10 days in the upcoming Ramadan, madrasas will remain closed for the entire month. The list published yesterday by the Madrasa Education Department mentions the consecutive holidays from March 7 to April 18. Accordingly, the entire month of Ramadan will be closed in the madrasa.
On the occasion of the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, the list of holidays and curriculum for the academic year 2024 has been partially revised in government, private secondary, and lower secondary schools. According to that decision, class activities will continue in secondary schools for a total of 15 days, from March 11 to 25.
And the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education decided to continue regular teaching activities in government primary schools for the first 10 days of Ramadan. This decision has been taken by partially revising the list of holidays and curriculum for the academic year 2024 to meet the learning deficit of the students.
