Sirajganj Correspondent: The police recovered the strangled bodies of a husband and wife and their daughter from a locked house in Tarash Upazila of Sirajganj.
On Monday (January 29), three bodies were recovered from a house in Barwari Battala Mahalla of Upazila Sadar at around 3 p.m.
Ullapara Circle (Ullapara-Tarash) Assistant Superintendent of Police Amrit Kumar Sutradhar confirmed the matter.
The deceased are his son Bikash Sarkar (45) of Kalicharan Sarkar of Barwari Battala area of Tarash town, his wife Swarna Rani Sarkar (40), and his daughter Parmita Sarkar Tushi (15), a class 10 student of Tarash Government Girls High School.
According to police and eyewitness sources, the killers killed them in a planned manner and locked the flat. When the relatives informed the police after not finding them for two days, the police broke the lock and found their bodies on the floor and on the bed around 3 o’clock on Monday night.
Tarash Police Station Inspector (OC, Investigation) Md. Noor Alam said, after not being found for two days, when the relatives informed the police, the police broke the lock and recovered the dead bodies of three people.
