Appointment of five special assistants to the Prime Minister

Dhaka Bureau: Five special assistants to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina have been appointed. They are Ferdous Ahmed Khan, Dr. Shaheed Hossain, agriculturist Moshiur Rahman Humayun, Nilufar Ahmed, and barrister Biplab Barua.
 
On Sunday (January 28), a notification was issued by the Ministry of Public Administration with their appointment.

Ferdous Ahmed Khan has been appointed contractually for the tenure of the Prime Minister or subject to his satisfaction (whichever is earlier) in the rank and salary of Secretary to the Government from the date of joining, subject to the condition of severance of working relationships with other institutions and organizations, said the appointment notification.

Another notification said that Shahid Hussain has been appointed contractually for the tenure of the Prime Minister or subject to his satisfaction (whichever is earlier) in the rank of Secretary to the Government and on salary as Special Assistant to the Prime Minister from the date of joining on condition of severance of working relationships with other institutions and organizations.

Moshiur Rahman appointment notification informed that agriculturist Moshiur Rahman (Humayun) has been re-appointed contractually for the tenure of the Prime Minister or subject to his satisfaction (whichever occurs earlier) as Special Assistant to the Prime Minister from the date of joining the rank of Deputy Secretary on the condition of severing his working relationship with other institutions and organizations.

Nilufar Ahmed’s appointment notification informs that Nilufar Ahmed has been appointed contractually as Special Assistant to the Prime Minister in the rank of Secretary to the Government and with related ancillary benefits for the duration of the Prime Minister’s tenure or subject to his satisfaction (whichever occurs earlier) on the condition of severing working relationships with other institutions and organizations.

Barrister Biplab Barua’s appointment notification states that Barrister Biplap Barua has been appointed on a contractual basis as Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for the tenure of the Prime Minister or subject to his kind satisfaction (whichever is earlier) from the date of his joining in the rank of Deputy Secretary, subject to severance of working relationships with other institutions and organizations.
