As the allegations of Section 303(3) and Section 307 of the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 for violation of Sections 4(7), (8), 117, 234 and Rule 107 have been proved beyond doubt, they have been sentenced to six (six) months for the offense of Section 303(3) of the said Act. Imprisonment without labor and a fine of 5,000/- (five thousand), in default of 10 (ten) days of imprisonment without labor, and for the offense under Section 307, a fine of 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand), and in default of an additional 15 (fifteen) days of imprisonment. .
