Sukanth Bikash Dhar, Satkania: Member of Parliament for Chittagong-15 (Satkania-Lohagara) Constituency MA Motaleb CIP said that the Awami League government believes in non-communal spirit so people of all communities can live safely and peacefully. In keeping with the slogan ‘Dharma Jaar Ja, Utsav Sarba’, the people of the Hindu community, along with other religions, observe their religious rituals without any disturbance.
MP Motaleb was speaking as the chief guest at the Mahati Dharamsabha and 16th hour-long grand ceremony organized by Paschim Nalua Sri Sri Bura Kalibari Management Council of Nalua Union of Upazila last Tuesday (January 16) night.
MP Motaleb also said that because Bangabandhu’s daughter, Sheikh Hasina, is associated with a non-communal political party, people from the Hindu and Buddhist communities have appointed her to various important offices in the country. He considered every religious festival of other communities except Muslims as his own event and shared the joy by participating in the festival. Remember, as long as Sheikh Hasina’s government is in power in this country, the bond of harmony between all communities will remain unbroken.
