Press Release: The “CRM Booth” of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited (BCBL) was inaugurated on Sunday morning (January 14) in the city of Agrabad. Managing Director and CEO Md. Tajul Islam chaired the event organized by the bank’s chairman Professor Dr. Engineer Rashid Ahmed Chowdhury inaugurated the CRM booth as the chief guest.
Humayun Bakhtiar FCA, Chairman, Board Executive Committee and Deputy Managing Director attended the event as a special guest. Md. Abdul Quader.
Also present in the event were various heads of departments of the head office, Chittagong zone observers, managers of various branches, dignitaries of the area and respected customers.
Chief guest Professor Dr. Engineer Rashid Ahmed Chowdhury said in his speech, all customers can deposit and withdraw money using the same machine through the CRM booth.
President Md. Tajul Islam said in his speech, highlighted the importance and significance of CRM machine and expressed the expectation to expand the service of Bangladesh Commerce Bank rapidly in all regions of the country. Besides, he informed all present about the various activities of the bank in all areas of business and commerce with utmost importance on customer service.
In their speech, the special guests assured the bankers of providing the highest level of customer service. Finally, the infinite mercy of Almighty Allah is sought for the activities and progress of the bank.
