Panchagarh Correspondent: The lowest temperature in the country is at Tentulia in Panchagarh. In Panchgarh, the temperature has dropped to 7 degrees. Common people of low income are in trouble in the winter in Konkan. Normal life has been disrupted in the bone-chilling Konkan winter. The lowest temperature in the country was recorded at 7.8 degrees Celsius at Tentulia on Wednesday (January 3) at 6 a.m.
Rashel Shah, officer-in-charge of Panchagarh’s Tantulia weather monitoring station, told the media that a moderately cold current is blowing in Tantulia. The minimum temperature recorded in Tentulia at 6 a.m. today was 7.8 degrees Celsius, which was 10.7 degrees Celsius at 9 a.m. yesterday. The temperature is likely to drop further.
Earlier on Tuesday (January 2), the temperature was recorded at 10.7 degrees Celsius. And on this day, the lowest temperature in the country was recorded at Sayadpur in Nilphamari at 9 degrees Celsius. Last Monday (January 1) at 9 a.m., a temperature of 11.6 degrees Celsius was recorded at Tentulia in Panchagarh. The temperature on Sunday (December 31) was 13.5 degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile, the people of Panchagarh are in trouble due to the fog in Konkan along with the wind. Especially the condition of low-income people is more deplorable. They have to ignore the cold and go to work because of their stomachs. Public traffic on the busiest roads has been greatly reduced.
