Nagar Reporter: Harassment false case against Nupur Chowdhury. The real information came out in the PBI investigation. A false case has been filed against Nupur Chowdhury, a resident of Iqbal Road in the city.
On appeal against the false case, the court tasked the PBI with uncovering the real truth of the case. After a long investigation, the PBI submitted their investigation report to the court. It is seen in the said PBI document that Nupur Chowdhury is legal.
Abdul Naser Prakash, MA Naser Father-Deceased Abdul Mabud, Mother-Deceased Laila Begum, Address: 150 Jamal Khan Road, Thana-Kotwali, District-Chittagong. A criminal complaint was filed against Nupur Chowdhury in court, CR No. 412/23.
On September 30, 2010, Kotwali subregistrar office signed two agreements. Registered Document No. 18310 and Deed No. 18201 of the said Agreement.
Nupur Chowdhury is a housing businessman. According to the contract, he completed 40% of the work within the stipulated time and handed it over to the real owner along with the land.
Abu Nasser alleged that Nupur Chowdhury did not complete the work in violation of the contract. The PBI report shows that 275,506,505,507,274 khatians of survey no. 28 and 69 khatianadi, as well as RS 34, 35 dagadir BS survey 275,506,505,507,274 khatian and deposit share BS 144/149/150/151 dag, 0.07 percent, or three g, or 0.00691 percent, of the land is in the usufructuary possession of the actual owner.
Abu Naser made this false allegation to extort Rs. 17.55,000 from Nupur Chowdhury by adopting various tricks. Nupur Chowdhury’s housing business collapsed. For that, money can be confiscated by proving the crime under Section 15(2)/14/27/30 of the Real Estate Development and Management Act 2010.
But Nupur Chowdhury told the media that if the real truth comes out in the PBI investigation, Nupur Chowdhury will be harassed in various ways. Nupur Chowdhury said that there is insecurity and fear.
