Fatikchari Representative: A mobile court has been conducted in Kanchannagar Lelang Khalu Balu Mahal under the Fatikchari police station.
Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate ATM Kamrul Islam conducted the mobile court on Monday (December 4) at 11 a.m.
The operation was conducted with the help of the Fatikchari police station and locals.
During this time, about 10,000 cubic feet of sand illegally lifted through plastic pipes with the help of machines were seized in an abandoned state, and several pieces of equipment, including plastic pipes used for sand lifting, were destroyed. The confiscated sand is sold at an immediate and open auction, and the proceeds are deposited in the national treasury.
Aceland ATM Kamrul Islam said that such operations will continue in the interest of the public.
