Khagrachari Correspondent: Academic buildings constructed by the Directorate of Education and Engineering were inaugurated in eight educational institutions in Khagrachari Hill district. A discussion meeting was held on the occasion of the inauguration at Khagrachari Adarsh High School premises on Sunday (November 12th) around noon.
Chairman of the Managing Committee of Khagrachari Adarsh High School, Nalendra Lal Tripura, Chairman of the Chittagong Hill Tracts Task Force on Returned Refugees (State Minister), and MP Kujendra Lal Tripura, Member of Parliament for the 298th Constituency, were present as the chief guests.
On this day, a total of 8 educational institutions were newly constructed, including the academic buildings of Khagrachari Adarsh High School, Khagrachari Municipal Model High School, Munigram High School, Mahalachari Girls High School, Munsi Abdur Rauf High School, Chungrachari High School, Dighinala Government High School, and Matiranga Islamia Alim Madrasa. The academic building was inaugurated.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Nazmun Ara Sultana, Assistant Superintendent of Police Syed Mumid Raihan, Zilla Parishad Member Kalyan Mitra Barua, Executive Engineer of Khagrachari Education Engineering Directorate Presli Chakma, Sadar Upazila Awami League President Sanjib Tripura, Perachara Union Parishad Chairman Tapan Bikash Tripura, and others spoke in the discussion meeting.
On this occasion, dignitaries of the area, students, parents, and members of civil society were present.
