Dhaka Bureau: A delegation of the Awami League is going on a visit to China today, on Wednesday, at the invitation of the Communist Party of China. The delegation will be led by the member of the presidium, Muhammad Farooq Khan, and the secretary of international affairs. Shammi Ahmed.
Shammi Ahmed confirmed this information to the media on Tuesday. He said that the members of the delegation will leave Dhaka for China around 3 p.m. today. The visiting team will stay in China for five days. The topic of discussion will be the overall situation in Bangladesh.
Incidentally, the Awami League is seriously looking at such a visit before the Bangladesh elections, even though it is at the invitation of the Communist Party of China. Diplomats are also watching the visit.
