Dhaka Bureau: Regarding the dialogue with the opposition party, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, ‘The day Biden (President of the United States) holds a dialogue with Trump (former President of the United States), I will also do so.
He said this at a press conference held on Tuesday (October 31) at 4 p.m. at the Prime Minister’s official residence, Ganabhaban, to share his experience of participating in the Global Gateway Forum held in Brussels.
The Prime Minister said that the BNP-Jamaat alliance has been proven once again to be a terrorist group. Canadian courts have said this several times. Canada rejects them as a terrorist group, so even if they try to seek asylum, they will not be allowed there.
Mentioning that the BNP has called for a blockade after fleeing from terrorist activities, he said that the events that the BNP did on the 28th (October 28) (killing of the police, attacks on journalists) will bring nothing but public shame. I don’t see any difference between the attack by the BNP and the way Israel attacked Palestinian hospitals.
Earlier, the Prime Minister visited Brussels on October 24 at the invitation of European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. During the visit, he held several meetings with the leaders of European countries on the sidelines. After the visit, the Prime Minister returned to Dhaka on October 27.
