Dhaka Bureau: Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Haque said that this government will perform its duties as an election-time government since the announcement of the schedule.
He said this while talking to reporters in his office at the Secretariat on Thursday (October 26).
When asked about the election government, the law minister said that when the election commission announces the schedule, this government will be the election government.
Meanwhile, the Election Commission has said that the schedule of the 12th National Assembly elections will be announced in the middle of next month (November).
Stating that there is no chance of bringing back the caretaker government system, Anisul Haque said that BNP-Jamaat has tried to spoil the election every time.
