Server outages started at Immigration on Thursday (June 8) at 8 a.m.Hundreds of passengers were stuck at the international immigration checkpoint.
On the surface, the immigration server was shut down early in the morning, and all the immigration activities stopped. Passengers with passports bound for India and Bangladesh have suffered since the servers were shut down. The passengers were exhausted by the intense heat. As the immigration area is small and there is not enough space to sit, children and elderly passengers have to suffer. Passengers are facing more problems, especially when booking air and train tickets and seeking medical treatment in India.
