Dhaka Bureau: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is going to Qatar on a two-day state visit on Monday (May 22). He will leave Dhaka today at 3 p.m. for this purpose.
Prime Minister’s Assistant Press Secretary Imrul Kayes Rana confirmed this information on Sunday (May 21).
The forum titled ‘Third Qatar Economic Forum: A New Global Growth Story’ will be held in Doha, Qatar, from May 23 to 25. The Bangladesh delegation, led by the Prime Minister, will participate in the forum at the invitation of Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
The forum, organized with the help of Bloomberg, will be attended by heads of state and government of different countries, ministers, prominent economists, and experts in technology, finance, and business sectors.
