Journalist Farid Khan, President of the Bangladesh Press Club Central Committee, was present as the chief guest in the meeting.
Syeda Razia Mostafa, the retired leader of the Bangladesh Mahila Awami League, the leader-in-charge of Chittagong Division, the adviser of the Bangladesh Press Club, and the theory and research editor of the Bangladesh Mahila Awami League, were present as special guests.
In the speech of the chief guest, journalist Farid Khan said that the Bangladesh Press Club is a government-approved journalist organization. This organization is continuing its activities throughout Bangladesh through transparent accountability.
He also said that the Bangladesh Press Club has been holding conferences in all districts. In the future, eight departmental conferences will start in eight departments across the country. Then a grand conference will begin in Dhaka with journalists from all departments. I hope that all district officials in Chittagong Division will come forward with self-initiative and make the divisional conference a success.
In the speech of the special guest, Syeda Razia Mostafa, the leader of the Bangladesh Mahila Awami League and the fire daughter of Fatikchari of Chittagong, the responsible leader of the Chittagong division and the advisor of the Bangladesh Press Club, the theory and research editor of the Bangladesh Mahila Awami League, said that the liberation war was well organized under the leadership of the people in the independence war of 1971, an independent sovereignty state, and received a red flag. He appealed to the head of state to recognize Ajo Maa Begum Fazilatunnessa and the father of the nation, Bangabandhu, as a state.

He also said that all the freedom fighters in Bangladesh have received all kinds of government benefits, including state recognition, but Bangmata Faziltunnecha has not received any recognition as a freedom fighter. I strongly demand from this discussion meeting of the Bangladesh Press Club that the government give all kinds of government facilities, including freedom fighter certificates, to all members of the Bangabandhu family, including Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Bangamata Faziltunnecha, the great hero of freedom.
