Sukanth Bikash Dhar, Satkania: At Satkania Adarsh Women’s College, a parent gathering of 2023 HSC examinees was held at the college auditorium last Friday.
The chief guest was the president of the college governing body, prominent politician Nurul Abshar Chowdhury. The main speaker was Prof. Gausul Azam Maizbhandari Polytechnic Institute of Fatikchari, Abdul Baten.
The special guest was Advocate Md., an enthusiastic member of the college governing body. Elias, Dr. A. and Raihan Chiddiki, Md. Kamal Uddin, Md. Ismail, Md. Nazrul Islam, and journalist Mamun Mohammad All the teachers and parents of the students of the college were present in the parents’ assembly held under the chairmanship of the acting principal of the college, Prof. Ruhul Quader, and moderated by Prof. Zainal Abedin. At the end of the program, prayers were offered to the students for good results.
The chief guest, Nurul Abshar Chowdhury, said that all subjects must be passed in the examination. Free special classes in English and ICT are being offered. Parents should be aware and make full use of all the facilities available at the college.
