Khagrachari market was visited on Wednesday, it was seen that ready-made clothes are on the list of preferences of middle-aged women, but young women are more crowded in Thane cloth shops. Stitched three-pieces are available between 1,200 and 8,000 taka. The price of unstitched cotton three-piece ranges from Tk 450 to Tk 3,000. Apart from this, the price of domestic and foreign thrips is more than 2 thousand rupees. Shopkeepers said that the sales of cotton, linen, silk, georgette, katan and net fabrics are also good in the Eid shopping market after Baisabi shopping. These fabrics are being sold between Tk 60 to Tk 1,200 per yard.
According to local sources, government and private employees have already received salary and bonus. In this situation, the flow of cash in the country has started increasing since the beginning of this month, according to financial experts. People rush to the market for shopping. Buying clothes, clothes, sarees, three pieces and all other clothing items.

A teacher from Baradam area of Dighinala told The Crime that the clothes are being liked but the price is high. Clothes were not so expensive even fifteen days ago.
Md. Shah Alam, the owner of Saree, Three Piece and Than cloth store in Khagrachari Bazaar told The Crime, “Due to the situation, I thought there would be no sale, so I did not bring the goods.” But in the last four-five days, people have started coming. Readymade fabrics are selling more than three pieces. Sarees are also being sold fairly.
A housewife named Nasima Akhtar from Kalyanpur area of the city came to shop with her three children. He said that every time Eid comes, the children ask for new clothes. So every year he buys new clothes for everyone on the occasion of Eid.
The smell of making clothes in a tailor’s shop
People are busy making all the preparations ahead of Eid. A festive atmosphere has been created throughout the city with new clothes and various types of shopping. And many people are now crowding the tailor shops to make their favorite clothes after shopping. The sound of machinery in the tailor shops is telling that Eid is not too late. Even before Shab-e-Barat, the craftsmen of Darjipara are busy making new clothes. Their engagement will continue until the moment before Eid. At the beginning of the fast, the work pressure was less, but now day and night the eyes of the tailors are not sleeping. These artisans have left their families and are busy making different designs of clothes. Everyone is busy with their work. There is no time to talk to anyone. Some people have ribbons around their necks, some people have scissors in their hands and some people are sewing clothes. As if they don’t even have time to catch their breath. They are busy making salwars, kameez, shirts, pants and panjabi according to the sizes of the customers. They work tirelessly for wages to bring smiles to people’s faces. Many people are not able to do Eid shopping with their children. Their family lives with this income from making clothes.
It has been seen on the ground that the cloth makers have no time to lose their breath. They don’t even have a chance to think whether the sound of the sewing machine is continuous monotonous or rhythmic. Garment workers said that they have to work twice as much during various festivals than they do throughout the year. During various festivals they earn more than the whole year. Stop taking orders when additional customers arrive, but customers don’t want to hear that. Because by making so many clothes, they can’t give them at the specified time. Even if you return the new ones, you cannot do it in the case of the old ones. Because they are their year round customers. There are many artisans who are busy making clothes even on the day of Eid. In such a situation they cannot go home even on the day of Eid. Eid is not spent with loved ones. They share the joy of Eid by making new clothes for others. Most artisans go home the day after Eid.
