Own Correspondent: Noman Al Mahmud, organizing secretary of Chittagong Metropolitan Awami League and former president of Metropolitan Jubo League, has been nominated as the Awami League’s candidate in the Chittagong-8 Constituency by-election.
Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader confirmed the matter after the Awami League Parliamentary Nomination Board meeting on Saturday (March 25). The meeting was chaired by the party’s president and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
