Kushtia Correspondent: Ruma Khan, wife of journalist Jahangir Khan and mother of journalist Jannatul Ferdous, ex-woman councilor of reserved (7, 8 and 9) ward of Bheramara municipality of Kushtia, passed away at her home at 11:50 pm on Tuesday. (Innalillahi—-Rajiun).
She is survived by her husband, 1 son and 2 daughters and many close relatives at the time of death. He was under treatment for a long time suffering from various complex diseases.
At 11 o’clock on Wednesday, the burial was completed after the funeral at Chandgram Gorasthan Eidgah ground. Bheramara Press Club President Jahangir Hossain Jewel, General Secretary Arifuzzaman Lipton and other journalists expressed their deepest condolences to his family.
