Dhaka Bureau: The Directorate of Primary Education has given some instructions to get the appointment letter for the candidates selected in the written and oral examination for the appointment of assistant teachers in government primary schools. One of these is that the selected candidates have to submit the health fitness certificate and dope test report to the district primary education office by December 31.
A circular signed by Manish Chakma, Director (Policy and Operations) of the Directorate of Primary Education has mentioned these instructions. Based on the marks obtained in the written and oral examination of the candidates, following the government primary school teacher recruitment rules 2019, this list has been prepared by preliminarily selecting for recruitment according to upazila-wise merit order. 37 thousand 574 candidates were initially selected for the post of assistant teachers based on the results of the written and oral examination.
The directive further states that the candidate initially selected for the recruitment should submit the health fitness certificate/certificate and dope test report issued by the civil surgeon of the concerned district to the concerned district primary education office by December 31. If the health certificate states that the candidate is suffering from any physical disability or is unfit for the said post, he/she will not be considered for appointment.
Candidates initially selected for recruitment will have to submit health fitness certificate/certificate and dope test report issued by Civil Surgeon of the concerned district to the concerned District Primary Education Office by 31st December. Besides, all original certificates (original copies of all certificates, national identity card, three copies of police verification form duly filled), health fitness certificate/certificate issued by Civil Surgeon and dope to the concerned District Primary Education Office for identification and verification of all documents by 31 December. Test report, if applicable along with relevant quota certificate should be physically present.
Selected candidates have to submit three sets of police verification form duly filled by 31st December. A candidate will be ineligible for employment if his police verification report shows unsatisfactory previous performance or involvement in sabotage/terrorist/militant activities or any anti-state activities. If the initially selected candidate fails to appear at the District Primary Education Office along with health fitness certificate, all original certificates within the stipulated time and fails to submit the filled police verification form, he/she will not be considered for appointment letter later.
