The Crime Desk: Students of the institution have blocked the Mohakhali rail crossing, demanding the conversion of Titumir College into a university. This has blocked road and rail communication.
On Monday (February 3), around 3:30 pm, the protesters started the protest by blocking the Mohakhali railway line. A train named Akutl Express from Dhaka to Noakhali was stuck in this.
The locomaster of the stuck train, Latif, said the Akutl Express train left Kamalapur railway station at 3:25 pm. The speed limit of my train was 30 kilometers per hour. In the meantime, I saw red flags and a crowd of people from a distance at the railway gate. Later, I was able to slow down the train based on a quick decision. I informed the matter to a higher official. Suddenly, I had to speed up to stop the train. However, there was no problem.
