The Crime Desk: Chief Advisor to the interim government, Dr. Muhammad Yunus, is visiting Rajbari today to attend the Bangladesh Army’s winter exercise as the chief guest.
The winter maneuver exercise will be held under the management of the 55th Infantry Division of the Bangladesh Army in the Char Khapura and Char Ramnagar areas of the Rajbari Military Training Area (RMTA) in Kalukhali Upazila of Rajbari district on Thursday (January 2).
Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Zahidul Islam Miah informed the media about this on Wednesday.
He said that Chief Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus will arrive in the Char area of Harinbaria in the Ratandia Union of Kalukhali Upazila by helicopter between 11:25 and 29 am on Thursday. He will watch the army exercise and participate in the lunch.
It is learned that this winter maneuver exercise will be held under the management of the 55th Infantry Division of the Bangladesh Army in the Char Khapura and Char Ramnagar areas of the Rajbari Military Training Area (RMTA) of Kalukhali Upazila of Rajbari district. To join it, Chief Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus will land at the helipad in Char Khapura of the Military Training Area by helicopter from Dhaka at around 11:15 am on Thursday.
He will be received there by Army Chief General Waqar-uz-Zaman, Navy Chief Admiral Mohammad Nazmul Hasan, Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmud Khan, and 55 Infantry Division and Area Commander, Jessore Area Major General J M Imdadul Islam.
Along with the chief advisor, other advisors, senior officers of the armed forces, and media personnel will be present at the event.
