Entertainment Desk: Four new members have been added to the jury board of the National Film Awards 2023. Two of them are Sucharita and Naeem, the two stars of the golden days of Dhaka films.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting issued a notification in this regard on Monday (November 4).
The jury board has been constituted to evaluate the films released in 2023 and recommend names for the award. Earlier, these four new members were included in the jury board formed on September 15 on Sunday (November 3).
The new members of the jury board are film director Saidur Rahman Saeed, music director Maqsood Jamil Mintu, actor Khawaja Naeem Murad, and actress Sucharita.
Also on the board are Additional Secretary of Information and Broadcasting Ministry, Director of BFDC, Director General of Film Archive, Head of Film Department, Chairman of Television, Film, and Photography Department of Dhaka University SM Imran Hossain, Cinematographer Barkat Hossain Palash, Musician Nazmun Munira Nancy, Journalist Wahid Sujan, and Film Chairman of Certification Board.
