The Crime Desk: President of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) said to the interim government. Colonel (retd) Ali Ahmed said, ‘Awami League is a cursed party. Awami League has killed thousands of people. Injured 30 thousand people. If you don’t ban Awami League, then who will you ban? If you find more dead bodies, you will ban them. Jatiya Party is also a broker. There are some other brokers who have gone to the polls for houses and cars.’

He said this while addressing the chief guest at a seminar titled ‘New Bangladesh: Post-Revolution National Unity and Solidarity’ organized by the Professor Keke Ali Foundation at the National Press Club’s Abdus Salam Hall on Saturday (October 19) morning.

For the interim government, Ali Ahmad also said, Allah gives concessions but does not give up. You have many opportunities. Two to two and a half months are going on, but you are yet to show anything visible. Lota Bahini is still working for Hasina. BNP and Jamaat should forget all differences and work for the 18 crore people of the country. National unity should be built. We have to protect the country and the resources of the country.

He said Hasina’s army is still there. This government should have fired them first. They have been sent to jail under investigation, but our advisers are working with them.

He said India is not turning away from Bangladesh even for a minute. This is because Bangladesh is geographically fertile. On the other hand, our enemies also do not want all of Bangladesh to be together.
