Nagar Reporter: There was a fire incident in seven Jhoot shops of four owners in Baklia of the city. This incident happened at 3:50 am on Saturday morning. The victims claim that there has been an estimated loss of two lakh taka. Assets worth 10 lakh rupees have been recovered.
On receiving information, a unit of Chandanpura Fire Service Station rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control around 5:27 am.
Mokarram Hossain, senior officer of the fire station, told the media that the fire occurred due to an electrical short circuit. No one was injured.
