The Crime Desk: BGB arrested former MP Fazle Karim Chowdhury from Raujan from Akhaura. On Thursday (September 12), he was arrested by the BGB from Ghazirbazar in Akhaura, Brahmanbaria, while trying to flee to India illegally.
He was in hiding since the fall of Sheikh Hasina’s government. Several cases have already been filed against him in Chittagong and Raujan.
