The Crime Desk: Former Foreign Minister Dr. 3 separate cases against 83 people, including Hasan Mahmud, his daughter Sakila Jumaida Mahmud, and his brother Ershad Mahmud. In these cases, 42 other unidentified people have been accused.

On Wednesday (August 28), three people from Rangunia filed these cases separately in Chittagong Chief Judicial Magistrate Court.

Expatriates of Rangunia. Harun Rashid became the plaintiff. Hasan Mahmud’s daughter, Sakila Jumaida Mahmud, mentioned the names of nine people and filed a case against 30 unknown people.
In the case, it is alleged that the accused were forced to register the land by intimidation. The court ordered the police station concerned to take the case as a police station case.
A resident of the Chandraghona area of Rangunia said. Dr. Osman plaintiff in the case. Hasan Mahmud and 32 named persons and 12 anonymous persons were accused.
In this case, the defendants were accused of extortion. The court ordered Rangunia police station to investigate the case.
Dr. Kamal Uddin, a local resident of Rangunia, was the plaintiff in the case. Hasan Mahmud was named as the main accused and his brother Ershad Mahmud as the second accused. No one has been named as an unknown accused in this case.
The accused were charged with assaulting the plaintiff, causing grievous hurt.
