Manikganj Correspondent: The court has banned the controversial Acting Principal of Khaserchar Mahmudiya Fazil Madrasa of Dhalla Union in Singair Upazila of Manikganj, Md. Shamchuddin from using his titles as Principal and Professor.
In view of the petition in a civil case by local resident Al-Mamun, Senior Associate Judge of Singair said. Al-Imran Khan issued the temporary restraining order after a hearing on Wednesday (November 23) afternoon.
According to the order of the court from now on. Advocate Md. Shamchuddin as Acting Principal said that he cannot directly use the title of Principal, as well as Professor. A. Jalil Mia said.
He also said, Md. Shamchuddin has created controversy in the area by abusing his power by impersonating himself directly as the headmaster in the banner-festoon of the madrasa and in official documents. The court has taken this order to refrain from such activities.
