Dhaka Bureau: State Minister for Commerce Ahsanul Islam Titu said that onions will arrive in Bangladesh in two days from India. He said that if onions come from India, the price will also come down.
He also said that there is a sufficient stock of daily commodities. There is no shortage.
The state minister said these things while talking to journalists after the meeting with the Russian Federation on Sunday (March 10).
He said the volatility of the rice market has decreased. Oil prices are fixed. Stating that market monitoring will start today, the state minister said that the price of oil cannot be increased in any way.
Stating that price control has become a problem in some temporary raw markets, the Minister of State for Commerce further said that the price of all daily commodities will be fixed in the future.
