Rajshahi Correspondent: The Rajshahi University (Rabi) admission test for the first-year undergraduate honors class for the academic year 2023–24 is starting on Tuesday, March 5. The admission test for ‘C’ unit (Science) will be held on the first day on Tuesday, on Wednesday for ‘A’ unit (Humanities), and on the third day on Thursday for ‘B’ unit (Commerce). The admission tests will be held daily in four shifts: from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Meanwhile, on the occasion of the Rajshahi University admission test, the weekly holiday of six inter-city trains of the Western Railway has been canceled as of Monday. He said that for the convenience of the students and their parents, rail travel, and to deal with passenger pressure, the Sagardandi Express on the Rajshahi-Khulna route on Monday, the Tungipara Express on the Rajshahi-Gobra route on March 5, the Padma Express on the Rajshahi-Dhaka-Rajshahi route, the Titumir Express on the Rajshahi-Chilahati-Rajshahi route on March 6, the Dhumketu Express on the Rajshahi-Dhaka-Rajshahi route, and the Madhumati Express train on the Rajshahi-Dhaka-Rajshahi route on March 7 have been cancelled. Besides, two additional coaches are being added to inter-city trains: Silkcity, Dhumketu, Padma, Sagardandi, and Kapotaksh express trains, and one additional coach each to Banalata, Barendra, Titumir, Dhallachar, Banglabandha, Chilahati, and Nilsagar express trains.
