Entertainment Desk: Bollywood actress Yami Gautam’s film ‘Article 370’ was released on Friday (February 23). The film has already responded at the box office.

According to the calculations, ‘Article 370’ earned 22.80 crore rupees in just three days until Sunday. Last Sunday, this film collected Tk 9.50 crore in one day. This film has earned 33.70 crore rupees worldwide.

The film did well in India but was banned in the Gulf countries. According to the news, this film is banned in Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

It is known that the film has been banned so as not to hurt the sentiments of the people there due to the violence and sensitive topics shown in the film. But ‘Article 370’ will be seen in the UAE.

In ‘Article 370’, Yami played the role of intelligence officer Juni Hoksar. This film is made about Article 370 and the situation in Jammu and Kashmir. On August 5, 2019, the central government of India abrogated Article 370, which granted special status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir, and bifurcated it into the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
