They are also threatened with transfer if they do not provide food.

Allegedly, Deputy Director Md. Moniruzzaman Khan visited an office in the district, and if he did not give gifts and good-quality food, the officials and employees of that office were threatened with transfer to a distant place. After that, every time you visit the office, there is a provision of food parcels with good-quality food.
When talking about these issues, Deputy Director Md. Moniruzzaman Khan told the media that under his name, Fauzia Malek is in the doctor’s quarters inside the Mother and Child Welfare Center. But he stays in the office instead of there. He disconnected the mobile phone to inquire about other complaints.
In this regard, Deputy Commissioner Rehna Akhtar said that if such complaints are received, legal action will be taken after an investigation.
