No one can enter Myanmar with weapons, says the Home Minister

Nagar Reporter: Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan said that conflicts are going on in different parts of Myanmar. So the BGB has a vigilant position on the border. No one from Myanmar can enter this country with weapons.

The minister made this comment while talking to reporters at the Chittagong District Police Superintendent’s office on Friday (February 16) afternoon.

He also said, ‘You have seen that many people have come to this country from Myanmar due to the conflict. We sent them back again. We have increased BGB forces on the border. The Coast Guard, Navy, and police are also on alert. There is no opportunity for anyone to come to our territory with weapons from that side.

At that time, when asked about the complaint of Grameen Telecom taking over various institutions, he said, ‘I am not doing anything outside the law. The matter of Yunus is a court matter. We are implementing the order given by the court.

Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan went to Chittagong on Friday afternoon. After that, in the afternoon, at the office of the Superintendent of Police, he held an internal discussion meeting with the administrative officers. He spoke to reporters after the meeting.
