Dhaka Bureau: The result of the admission test for the academic year 2023–24 has been published in the medical college. Tanzim Muntaka Sarba, a student of the Holy Cross College of Dhaka, has won first place in the examination.
He got a maximum of 92.5 marks in the MCQ exam of 100 marks in one hour.

The MBBS admission test was held in 44 venues in 19 centers of the country last Friday morning. This time, 1 lakh, 4 thousand, and 374 students applied for this exam.
Among them, 49 thousand 923 people got the pass number more than 40 times. The pass rate is 47.83 percent. Last year, this rate was 35.34 percent.
Among the passers, 5,380 will get admission to 37 government medical colleges in the country. Among them were 2 thousand 194 male students and 2 thousand 878 female students out of 5072 seats in the merit quota.
Apart from this, 6 thousand 295 seats in 67 approved private medical colleges will be filled on the basis of the merit and preference of passed students.
Those who appeared for the entrance exam can check the result with their roll number on the https://result.dghs.gov.bd/mbbs website.
Apart from this, the result information will also be published on the website of the Department of Health Education: https://dgme.portal.gov.bd/. Successful students will be informed about the results on their mobile phones.
Selected students in the government medical college will have to take admission between February 18 and 24.
The notification for accepting online applications for admission to private medical colleges will be published on February 14.
