Dhaka Bureau: Three motorcyclists were killed after being hit by a truck at the capital’s Khilgaon flyover. The deceased are Judge Mia (36), Al Amin (34) and Mehdi Hasan (28). The accident happened on Friday (November 18) around 3:00 p.m.
The deceased Al Amin and Judge Mia lived in South Mugda area of the capital. And Mehdi Hasan’s house is next to Mugda Medical.
It is known that all the victims are friends. They went out for a walk. After climbing the Khilgaon flyover, a speeding truck rammed their motorcycle from behind. They were rescued and taken to Dhaka Medical where the doctor declared them dead.
Dhaka Medical College Hospital Police Camp Incharge (Inspector) Md. Bachchu Mia said that the body has been kept at the DMK morgue for post-mortem.
