Molla Nasir Uddin: Police Magistrates Conference, 2023 District Judge Court, initiated by Narayanganj Chief Judicial Magistrate Court It was held today, Saturday, at 10.30 a.m. in the conference room of Narayanganj. In his speech at the meeting, the president directed the officers in charge of various police stations to submit the investigation report efficiently and without errors as per the law in order to make the Narayanganj magistrate more people-friendly and dynamic. He also stressed the security of witnesses and the timely production of the arrested accused in court, including ensuring the issuance of warrants of arrest in Tamil and the attendance of witnesses within a specified time.
Besides, he emphasized achieving the target of solving a greater number of cases with honesty and transparency in the Narayanganj Chief Judicial Magistrate Court. In the said meeting, the existing obstacles in the settlement of criminal cases were identified, the ways to overcome them, the presentation of evidence in the criminal case, the actions of the concerned parties, and the errors and deviations of the investigating agencies in the investigation of the criminal case were discussed.
The relevant stakeholders associated with the judiciary openly discuss various problems arising at different stages of criminal cases and ways to overcome them. The meeting discussed the menace of drugs, and all present agreed on a zero-tolerance policy against drugs.
Senior District and Sessions Judge of Narayanganj, Mohammad Assam Jaglul Hossain, was present as the chief guest in the meeting. At the end of the meeting, the chief guest, in his speech, praised the training program for the support staff, the court management and document arrangement, clean food and water, and seating arrangements for the incoming marginalized people and the inmates of the jail. Besides, he emphasized working together to ensure fair justice for the people seeking justice. He urged everyone to work with dedication.

After the speech of the chief guest, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, as the president, thanked everyone for attending the conference and announced the end of the conference.
